We're the founders of 24tides. We started the company because we love telling stories and helping people share the work they're proud of. Every business has something that makes it different. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Each project is different, therefore we tailor our pricing based on the complexity of the shoot as well as circumstances. We do however use fixed pricing for most of our services such as events, drone filming etc. For more information, please get in touch for our pricing brochure.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?

We can tailor our services from simple videography to full-scale video production, with larger crews to fit any size project. We have a dedicated team of industry professionals on-hand that saves the stress of finding individual freelancers. Most importantly, we genuinely care about our clients and the quality of the work we put out therefore, you get a personalised approach that doesn't feel corporatised and limiting.

HOW INVOLVED DO I HAVE TO BE?

You can be involved as much as you'd like. From ideation to the final edit, we encourage active involvement as to reach your vision and represent you authentically. However, if you'd prefer for us to take the reins, we're happy to do this along with your consultation.  

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY VIDEO?

We give you up to 3 revisions to change the projects edit. We take care in our initial briefing to ensure this doesn't happen but there are circumstances where you may not like certain things such as text, music, animation etc.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

This varies depending on the scope, but most videos are completed within 2–4 weeks. We'll provide a clear schedule before production begins, including filming, editing and delivery dates. If you're working to a tight deadline, let us know - we'll always do our best to accommodate urgent projects.
